When will my cheese arrive?

If you order with us before Midday (12:00), Monday to Thursday, we are able to arrange for your parcel to be shipped the same working day, to arrive the following day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm on Thursday, will be mailed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. Please note our mail-order department is not available at the weekends or bank holidays.  Please see our contact page for further information on stockists in your area.

 

Where do you deliver and how?

We deliver to mainland UK addresses using our third-party courier service, DPD. If you provide a mobile number, DPD will send you a text message advising you of an estimated arrival time for your package. Please note that you will need to provide your mobile number when checking out.

 

Can I order now for a delivery date in the future?

Yes. Simply let us know of the date you would like to order your cheese. We have a calendar feature on our checkout page that enables you to select a delivery date of your choosing.

 

How will my parcel arrive?

All of our boxes are sent through our sister company – Rodda’s and are sent packaged in our branded boxes. We advise you to refrigerate your products as soon as they arrive, although all of our products are packaged with ice packs, and wool insulated packaging, which will keep your parcel chilled for up to 30 hours

 

At what temperature should I serve my cheese?

We would recommend bringing your cheese out of the fridge at least one to two hours before you are going to serve it, which will be long enough for it to reach room temperature – the ideal temperature at which to eat cheese.
