Celebrating over 30 years experience handcrafting artisan Cornish cheeses
Martin Gaylard has continued to perfect the original Cornish brie along with many other award winning Cornish cheeses.

Master cheese maker and managing director Martin Gaylard and his wife Emma Gaylard produce a selection of soft award winning cheeses using only organic milk sourced within Cornwall and they are extremely proud to promote sustainable farming and animal welfare, which are at the forefront of organic farming and milk production.

Working alongside Martin and Emma is Paul Croft, their process specialist who has been working alongside Martin for the past 16 years.
